MBA Placement Booklet: A Key Opportunity for Every Student
As a student and part of the team that created the MBA Placement Booklet for the batch of 2023-2025 at SSSIHL, I’ve come to appreciate just how valuable this booklet is—not just for high achievers, but for all students. While I consider myself an average student, this booklet provides a unique opportunity to present my skills and experiences in a way that reflects my true potential.
Regardless of academic performance, the placement booklet offers every student an equal chance to shine. It’s a tool where I can highlight my strengths—skills I’ve gained from internships, teamwork, and leadership roles—which may not always be reflected in grades alone. It levels the playing field for students like me to stand out.
Being part of the team, I saw firsthand how much importance is placed on real-world experience. Projects, internships, and contributions to extracurricular activities often carry significant weight. The booklet allows me to showcase these experiences in a professional manner, helping recruiters see the practical side of my education.
